“I am honored to join my clients on their unique journeys, offering a safe holding environment to facilitate connection, healing, and growth. I favor a client-centered and integrative approach, providing empathy and unconditional positive regard as clients navigate a variety of concerns. I am passionate in my commitment to walk alongside clients as they develop the skills to foster more authentic and meaningful connections with both self and others.”
“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live.”
