While in graduate school, Elle earned her internship hours at The Wellness Center of Oxford where she worked with all ages, demographics, and presenting problems.
Elle works with adolescents 16 and over and adults. She has experience working with various presenting concerns and her specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodiversity, childhood trauma, family and relationship issues, life transitions, stress, conflict resolution, communication, and coping skills.
Elle utilizes a variety of therapeutic orientations such as CBT, solution focused, and person-centered approach and believes that the relationship between client and clinician is the most important tool for growth.
“I believe one of the bravest things a person can ever do is taking the time to understand their own story. I am passionate about making bonds with my clients as we grow in our therapeutic relationship together. I strive to create a safe place while making each of my clients feel understood and heard.”
Outside of work, you can find Elle spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog Pepper, and going back to Oxford to watch the Rebels play football and baseball. She is new to the Nashville area and loves exploring the city!
Elle is currently fulfilling the Tennessee licensure requirement of post-masters supervision and is receiving supervision from Dr. Kristi Marshall, an approved supervisor by the state of Tennessee.
